South Carolina Land Clearing serves customers across every region of South Carolina: the Midlands, Upstate, Lowcountry, Grand Strand, Pee Dee, the Catawba corridor, and the Savannah River valley. Find your community below.
We’re a mobile operation: our mulchers and clearing equipment travel to your property, wherever it is in South Carolina. Every city listed below is part of our active service area. We don’t maintain separate offices in each market, and we don’t need to. Whether you own a quarter-acre lot in a subdivision or several hundred acres of timberland, the same crews, machines, and standards come to you.
Homesites, overgrown lots, trails, fence lines, pasture edges, and selective clearing around existing homes. Our skid-steer mulchers are sized for tight access and precise work near improvements.
Development sites, utility corridors, right-of-way maintenance, solar sites, and large reclamation projects. High-horsepower dedicated mulchers keep production rates where contractors need them.
Columbia and the surrounding Midlands mix suburban growth with rural acreage: new homesites, overgrown investment lots, hunting land, and pasture all within a short drive of the capital.
The Greenville–Spartanburg–Anderson corridor is one of the fastest-growing parts of the Southeast. Clearing here ranges from subdivision lot prep to rolling acreage, foothill terrain, and commercial expansion.
Dense coastal vegetation, fast-moving development, and properties where access and ground conditions matter. From Charleston’s suburbs to Beaufort County acreage, the Lowcountry keeps clearing crews busy year-round.
The Myrtle Beach corridor pairs heavy development pressure with rural Horry County acreage just inland. Lot clearing, site prep, and brush reclamation are constant needs here.
Farm country. Pasture reclamation, fence lines, timberland edges, and field expansion dominate clearing work across the Pee Dee.
York and Lancaster counties absorb Charlotte’s growth on the South Carolina side of the line: new homesites, subdivision expansion, and acreage being cleared for development.
Aiken’s horse country and the North Augusta corridor bring a mix of equestrian properties, rural acreage, and steady residential growth along the Georgia line.
Skid-steer forestry mulchers are our tool of choice for smaller acreage, tight access, selective clearing, trails, and fence lines. Anywhere maneuverability and a smaller footprint matter, this is the machine.
Dedicated forestry mulchers are purpose-built, high-horsepower machines for dense vegetation, heavier timber, and large-acreage projects where production rate drives the schedule.
We evaluate every property before recommending equipment. When mulching isn’t the right method, we’ll tell you that too.

Yes. We’re a mobile operation, and our equipment travels to your property. Every community on this page is part of our active service area, and if yours isn’t listed, call us anyway. Odds are we can help.
No, and that’s by design. Rather than maintaining storefronts, we invest in equipment and keep crews mobile. You get the same machines and the same standard of work whether you’re in Columbia, Conway, or Clemson.
Tell us where the property is, roughly how many acres need work, and what you want the finished result to look like. We factor mobilization into the quote up front, with no surprise line items.
Yes. We’re fully insured for both. Residential work ranges from lot clearing to trails and fence lines; commercial work includes site prep, right-of-way corridors, and large-acreage reclamation.
The property location, approximate acreage to clear, a few photos if you have them, notes on access (gates, bridges, overhead lines), and your goal for the land. That’s usually enough for us to recommend a machine and scope the job.
It depends on the vegetation, acreage, access, and terrain. Smaller or selective jobs usually get a skid-steer mulcher; large or dense projects get a dedicated mulcher. Some projects call for both, or for traditional clearing equipment instead.
Wherever your property is, we’ll evaluate it, recommend the right equipment, and quote the work for free.
